1. The service

sha.boo is a free tool that shortens links and can optionally strip tracking parameters from them. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use sha.boo to create or distribute links to:

• illegal content, malware, phishing, or fraud;
• spam or content that harasses or harms others;
• anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Automated or abusive use of the service is not permitted.

3. Your links

You are responsible for the links you create and where they lead. We do not review or endorse linked destinations. Links you mark as public are visible to anyone who has your profile address.

4. Availability and removal

The service may change or be discontinued at any time. Shortened links last about one year and are extended when visited. We may remove links or suspend access for abuse, at our discretion.

5. No warranty

sha.boo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sha.boo and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any content reached through a shortened link. You use the service, and follow links created with it, at your own risk.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
